Process

Our factory owns forging machines and plating tanks ton by ton.

We use totally in-house, vertically integrated from die-casting to electroplating which allows us to precisely control quality and production scheduling.
We have state of the art systems that connects different production processes.

The small round balls on top of the tank are simply there to try and keep as much heat in and particles out.

· After a few hours (depending on the amount and grease on the item), the parts are removed, rinsed, and scrubbed in clean water.

Cleaning

· After the surface is prepared, and a visual inspection is done, electrocleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, or steaming, usually takes place. This deeper, cleaning step must follow to ensure metal is free of oils and dirt, which helps produce superior plating results

Wiring and Racking

· We use hooks, racks, copper wire and other methods to hold parts in the plating tanks

Copper Plating and Buffing

· Parts are copper plated and then buffed to a brilliant shine.

Nickel Plating

· It is the nickel which provides the deep luster of a chromed part, in addition to providing another layer of protection for long-lasting chrome. Parts remain in our nickel plating tank.

Coloring and Coating

· With time, temperature and voltage carefully controlled, the piece is submerged into the plating solution to attract ions of gold or the final metal that will show on the surface. Different metals require different voltages and temperatures.

Drying

· The pieces are hung, preferably not touching each other, in order to dry.

Final Inspection

· After drying, our employees inspect the pieces and then wrap it up.
